Saint-Sulpice Céramique is also a scenography that punctuates the path of visitors and offers additional exhibition spaces to discover the work of the 110 French and foreign ceramists present on the square.
For these spaces, the ParisPotier organizing team proposes to the ceramists to work on a common theme which changes each year : Double instant – the transmission, Our Gardens, Geste(s), A world in our plates, Portraits of clay, DO NOT TOUCH ! or Otherness for the 2025 edition.
This year’s theme is Otherness. As the Other is always a territory to be discovered, we have invited the exhibiting artists to create either a four-handed piece, or several pieces that come together, confront each other, respond to one another… a work that is both unique and multiple at the same time.
